Monitor, operate, and maintain C2BMC mission and training systems in a 24/7 environment. Provide first-level technical support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, document system events, maintain user accounts, coordinate network connectivity restoration, and support operational, testing, and real-world missile defense events. Respond to production technical issues, develop test procedures and ConOps, coordinate integrated testing, draft and track prep items, and support process improvements and change implementation. Responsibilities include ensuring AS9100 and ISO 9001 compliance, developing inspection plans and quality documentation, monitoring suppliers and production lines, reviewing drawings and GD&T, analyzing SPC and product data, managing nonconformances, leading root-cause and corrective actions, and reporting quality status to program teams, management, and customers.

Develops industrial engineering plans for labor, facilities, equipment, tooling, capacity, and production scheduling. Analyzes costs, inventory, operational processes, and manufacturing performance; creates metrics and data visualizations; conducts time studies and process simulations; and supports multiple product lines and programs. The role also aligns SAP/MRP systems, performs shop-loading and staffing analysis, and collaborates with facility engineering and cross-functional manufacturing teams.

Expedites, routes, dispatches, and tracks measuring and test equipment, materials, and components between end users, vendors, OEMs, and calibration labs. Maintains equipment accountability, coordinates pickups and deliveries, updates asset-management databases, reviews workload and performance reports, and reconciles inventory records. The role is fully onsite in Redondo Beach, follows a 9/80 schedule, requires frequent handling of objects up to 50 pounds, and requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI access eligibility.

Oversees program execution, cost, schedule, technical performance, staffing, risk, contracts, customer relationships, proposals, and business development. Establishes organizational processes, leads cross-functional integrated program teams, manages resources and budgets, applies earned value methodologies, and reports performance to customers and executives. The role is fully on-site in Commerce, California.

Leads systems testing for naval launcher systems, including functional analysis, requirements verification, test architecture, planning, procedures, execution, integration, and reporting. Manages test teams, stakeholders, schedules, resources, and field activities across multiple programs. Performs mechanical and electrical integration, instrumentation and data acquisition, fault analysis, milestone reviews, proposal support, and customer coordination. Requires substantial independent decision-making, mentoring, and up to 50% travel.
