Develop and maintain integrated master schedules (IMS) for multiple programs, perform schedule risk analysis and EVMS compliance, coordinate subcontractor schedules, generate schedule reports and metrics, present findings to leadership, support Integrated Baseline Reviews, and provide scheduling training and process improvements.

Ensure engineering process compliance, balance performance with cost/schedule, chair technical and configuration boards, support decision reviews, provide oversight of hardware/software integration, and drive cross-team collaboration and long-term technical objectives.

Lead hardware architecture and detailed design across land, maritime, and enterprise variants. Perform systems engineering lifecycle tasks, plan and execute formal reviews and hardware test events, own fabrication/assembly documentation and configuration control, and manage hardware verification, qualification, risks, and field support operations.

Create 3D CAD models, assemblies, cable and rack drawings using CATIA V5; release drawings via Teamcenter PLM; support hardware integration, change requests, audits, installation, failure analysis, and Triton lab testing. Provide engineering support for production/development and work occasional odd shifts. Must obtain required government/SAP clearances.

Lead development and execution of automated and manual system test cases to verify functional requirements, troubleshoot air and ground system discrepancies, present results to leadership, support lab operations, and drive process improvements. Support multiple shifts and occasional off-hours; use network diagnosis tools and test automation to validate interfaces and system behavior.
