Oversees systems engineering, requirements, architecture, interfaces, verification, IPT leadership, MBSE, mission modeling, simulation, staffing, technical quality, cost, schedules, mentoring, and process improvement across the engineering lifecycle. The role is full-time onsite in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, requires an active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship, and includes approximately 10% travel.

Designs, fabricates, assembles, and validates tooling and fixtures. Performs tolerance analysis, root-cause investigations, process improvements, manufacturability reviews, and engineering drawing interpretation. Coordinates resources, milestones, dependencies, and go-live activities across multiple projects while embedding structured change practices throughout the organization.
