Develops and executes SCRM plans, assesses and mitigates risks, flows security requirements to suppliers, prevents counterfeit components and tampering, and integrates threats, obsolescence, and DMSMS considerations. Manages engineering resources, budgets, schedules, earned value, technical reviews, staffing, performance evaluations, and team development while coordinating with program, procurement, quality, configuration management, and customer stakeholders.

Manages contracts for an aerospace defense radar program, serving as the interface with program teams, prime contractors, and U.S. government customers. Reviews contract terms, assesses risks, supports negotiations and proposals, manages changes, ensures compliance and deliverables, maintains contract records, and enters contract data into the enterprise accounting system. Requires knowledge of FAR/DFARS, varied contract types, regulatory impacts, and strong communication skills.

Supports Earned Value Management System activities for major subcontracts and general procurement. Prepares month-end reports, develops estimates at completion, maintains cost and schedule baselines, performs variance and material data analysis, supports budgets and financial forecasts, and assists control account managers with performance measurement, recovery plans, audits, and reviews.

Leads Built-In-Test systems engineering for RF sensor systems, deriving requirements, designing fault detection and isolation modes, analyzing models, verifying embedded implementations, and integrating software using C++ and Python. Responsibilities include sensor hardware analysis, system integration and testing, documentation, factory test support, and field support. The role requires active Secret clearance, Special Program Access eligibility, RF sensor simulation experience, MATLAB data analysis, and RADAR, SIGINT, or EW integration and test experience.

Leads a team developing advanced signal-processing software for defense and intelligence applications. Responsibilities include algorithm development, DSP, digital communications, RF signal processing, radar, electronic warfare, software-defined radios, image processing, and AI/ML techniques. The role collaborates across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply-chain teams while contributing technical leadership to hardware projects.
