Designs and develops mechanical and electrical systems, gun-system components, geared mechanisms, hydraulics, linkages, controls, and instrumentation for vehicle applications. Designs and integrates hardware-in-the-loop spacecraft simulation systems, including racks, panels, cables, wiring, schematics, interfaces, and testbed harnesses. Defines requirements, selects simulation hardware, develops certification procedures, troubleshoots hardware, and supports integration with avionics and software teams. Leads electrical and mechanical design documentation, procurement, assembly guidance, testing, and delivery across multiple space programs.

Provides on-site and remote-site network infrastructure support, including LAN/WAN troubleshooting, Cisco router and switch configuration, network design and installation, monitoring, analysis, documentation, and customer deployment support. Requires occasional travel, after-hours availability, equipment lifting, and eligibility for a Secret security clearance.

Leads systems engineering integration and test activities for the Sentinel ICBM weapon system. Develops system architectures, decomposes and allocates requirements, conducts trade studies, supports milestone reviews, maintains performance documentation, and collaborates with Air Force customers. Provides technical guidance to a small systems engineering team and supports Milestone B recertification and TMRR campaign activities.

Supports spacecraft guidance, navigation, and control engineering for DoD, NASA, and commercial missions. Responsibilities include designing and tuning control loops and filters, developing simulations, implementing algorithms in flight software, analyzing subsystem performance, conducting component trade studies, supporting procurement, and integrating and testing GNC components. The intern will document and present technical analyses while collaborating with engineers, suppliers, managers, and customers.

Partners with program leadership to deliver accurate reporting, cost and schedule analysis, risk assessments, and executive briefings. Manages team performance and supports program managers and control account managers while ensuring financial goals, quality standards, and government cost-control requirements are met.

Leads and mentors a regional systems engineering team supporting the C2BMC missile defense program. Performs requirements decomposition, MBSE architecture development, interface management, modeling, trade studies, verification, and test support. Collaborates with government, DoD, industry, and multidisciplinary engineering stakeholders while producing technical artifacts, briefings, and traceability documentation. Requires an active Secret clearance, IAT Level II certification, extensive MBSE experience, and on-site work in Colorado Springs or Huntsville with approximately 10% travel.

Develops and coordinates integrated master plans and schedules across finance, engineering, materials, manufacturing, and quality teams. Tracks program performance, analyzes risks, resolves critical-path and network-logic conflicts, and uses earned value management, Gantt charts, PERT, and milestone analysis to identify variances and support corrective action. This is an on-site aerospace role requiring active Secret clearance and approximately 10% travel.
