Lead configuration and data management activities including interpreting DD-1423 and CDRL/SDRL requirements, validating CDM SOWs, preparing and formatting documents, maintaining audit trails, supporting CMMI audits, and archiving configuration documentation.

Lead engineering program execution for large-scale defense programs: manage cost, schedule, and technical performance across IPTs. Serve as engineering liaison to Program Management, Manufacturing, GSC, and Quality. Lead a multi-discipline systems engineering team through TMRR, applying MBSE, digital engineering tools, requirements development/allocation, interface definition, verification planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination while managing schedule, cost, and team development.

Design, build, integrate, test, install, and maintain communications hardware and rack-based systems. Create drawings/BOMs, specify cabling and cooling, perform signal/power analysis, system verification, lab/field integration, troubleshooting, and stakeholder briefings. On-site role with travel and clearance requirements.

Perform conceptual and preliminary mechanical design for advanced deterrence weapon systems (cruise missiles, launchers); develop and mature mechanical and avionics designs using MBSE and CAD, conduct trade studies, ensure standards compliance, produce technical data packages, manage design changes, identify/mitigate risks, and collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders.

Perform functional analysis and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) for incremental capability development and integration on military aircraft. Support diagnostic systems coverage analysis, collaborate with distributed subsystem and integration teams, track subsystem interdependencies and interface maturity, and deliver quality system architecture products.

Develop and maintain integrated master schedules (IMS) for multiple programs, perform schedule risk analysis and EVMS compliance, coordinate subcontractor schedules, generate schedule reports and metrics, present findings to leadership, support Integrated Baseline Reviews, and provide scheduling training and process improvements.

Lead design and integration of aircraft hydraulic and electrical subsystems from concept through sustainment. Create schematics, perform power and hydraulic analyses, lead trade studies, manage subcontractors, develop and execute system-level test plans, resolve issues, and serve as SME for multidisciplinary teams while briefing senior leadership.

Provide systems engineering support for a capability upgrade program: develop specifications and verification statements, manage requirements and DOORS traceability, support supplier technical interchange and PDR content, participate in government working groups, and ensure system-level reviews meet schedule, cost, and performance objectives.
