Lead systems safety engineering for Sentinel (GBSD) program, applying MIL-STD-882E, DO-178/DO-254 and systems/software analyses to identify, mitigate, and document hazards. Create safety requirements and functional specifications, support design reviews, audits, flight test/flight worthiness, and interface with customers and test ranges.

Lead cross-functional engineering teams for design, manufacturing, integration, and delivery of Support Test Equipment and simulators. Support and enhance DAF CLOUDworks at AFRL by providing cloud engineering, infrastructure, security, and migration support. Work with distributed teams, follow Agile full lifecycle processes, implement enhancements, sustain operations, and support 24x7 on-call duties.

Support proposal development and pricing/estimating activities, compile cost/schedule/technical inputs, collect cost data, perform cost and risk analysis, prepare cost reports, support negotiations and audits, and ensure proposals comply with RFP, FAR/DFARS, and internal procedures.
