Provide systems engineering support for radar/site activation/compute IPTs: requirements decomposition and management, functional analysis, trade studies, integration and verification, review support (SRR/PDR/CDR), I&T consultation, CDRL development, and technical baseline updates.

Manage front-line software engineering teams for mission systems, driving technical, cost, and schedule performance; recruit and develop staff; oversee staffing projections, metrics, Agile embedded software development, mentoring, and performance management. Support RF/EW product lines and coordinate with program leadership.

Develop and define system electrical architecture, interfaces, communication flows, and timing. Translate system requirements into testable electrical/interface requirements, support ICDs, conduct trade studies, mitigate signal/timing risks, and support integration, verification, and test with cross-functional teams.

Lead hardware/software integration for datacenter and avionics systems: deploy and configure OS and virtualization, integrate and test hardware/software, install rack systems and cabling, configure networking gear, troubleshoot systems, interpret engineering drawings, and collaborate in lab and production environments with up to 25% travel.

Lead and coordinate civil/structural, mechanical, and electrical design for Sentinel infrastructure. Oversee design reviews, validate subcontractor deliverables, produce IFC and as-built packages, perform trade studies, manage design changes, and ensure compliance with UFC, MIL-STD, and weapon system requirements.

Support program cost control by creating and analyzing financial reports, invoicing, EACs, IPRS, and forecasts. Interface with PMs, CAMs and business managers to prepare budgets, schedules, cost and variance analyses, EVM tasks, and funding requests. Support audits, annual operating and resource planning, and prepare financial inputs for internal reporting.
