Lead integration and day-to-day operations for the Sentinel Flight Systems IPT. Manage planning, schedules, risk, deliverables, and cross‑IPT coordination. Facilitate Agile/PI planning, prepare executive/customer presentations, report health metrics, and ensure compliance with program processes while resolving issues to meet schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

Support program managers and CAMs with Earned Value Management: maintain WBS and baselines, perform variance and cost/schedule analysis, prepare government reporting (IPMR), and use tools like MPM, SAP/BW, wInsight, and MS Office to produce forecasts and visibility reports.

Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and ETL for program analytics; develop dashboards and visualizations (Tableau Server); apply data science methods and ML for program insights; collaborate with stakeholders and operate within an Agile framework.

Develop, validate, and maintain advanced PC-DMIS CMM and portable metrology programs; lead metrology technical direction, root-cause analyses, MRB support, and design reviews; deploy Laser Tracker and large-volume metrology; train and qualify personnel; lead continuous improvement, MSA/Gage R&R, SPC, and capability studies.

Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise and international networks; implement DISA STIGs and STIG automation; integrate network devices and time servers; evaluate vendor products; support backup/recovery, documentation, performance tuning, and maintain information assurance posture.

Support the Sentinel (GBSD) program by coordinating Estimate At Complete (EAC) across business units, working with auditors on EAC/compliance/Earned Value, updating accounting position papers, reconciling SAP to Cobra, reviewing billing costs, and assisting with monthly forecasting and long-range strategic planning.

Perform engineering economic analyses and cost estimating across concept, development, production, and sustainment. Build and maintain cost models, support life‑cycle and trade studies, synthesize cost inputs, and brief cross‑functional leadership to inform design and affordability decisions.

Design and validate manufacturing processes and fixtures for ceramic devices; create manufacturing engineering documentation; provide technical guidance and training to production operators; troubleshoot hardware to determine root cause and implement corrective actions; analyze metrics to improve cost and efficiency; apply continuous improvement techniques.

Design and automate classified Linux ground infrastructure, implement IaC and cyber hardening/patching, ensure compliance with information systems standards, and collaborate with software and systems engineering to remove blockers and meet requirements.

Lead integration and test of RF hardware subsystems for compact and near-field antenna ranges. Perform subsystem analysis from RF to digital, acceptance testing, troubleshooting, data collection and analysis, range integration/optimization, and software scripting. Use RF test equipment and design/maintain electrical systems. Requires active Secret clearance and ability to attain SAP clearance; occasional travel (~10%).
