Conduct antenna and RF testing as an Associate Antenna Test Engineer within Northrop Grumman’s Mission Systems organization. The role supports systems engineering, test verification, configuration management, and technical review boards while requiring aircraft systems integration experience and government security clearances.

Plans and controls manufacturing product flow from kit conversion through delivery. Manages production schedules, inventory, material allocations, procurement, shortages, lead times, and customer-furnished equipment. Analyzes SAP and Tableau metrics, supports production control and sustainment operations, and drives cross-functional performance and process improvements. The senior-level role also provides training, coaching, and leadership across manufacturing, quality, engineering, systems, and material-management teams.

Provides technical support for spacecraft RF hardware integration and testing. Coordinates engineering, procurement, supply chain, program management, customers, and other stakeholders; analyzes supplier and industry data; develops resolution options, schedules, cost estimates, roadmaps, and status reporting; maintains databases and project artifacts; and interprets bills of material and parts lists.
