Own and execute APAC partnerships strategy to drive consumer acquisition for Wise. Source, negotiate, launch and optimise partnerships across APAC, collaborate with cross-functional teams, track KPIs, and scale repeatable frameworks to grow international personal customers.

Lead and develop an APAC Partner Risk team responsible for mitigating AML/CFT and correspondent-banking risks. Manage day-to-day operations, hire and train analysts, design controls, maintain audit trails, set and report KPIs/SLAs, make strategic risk decisions balancing commercial impact, and coordinate with stakeholders to de-escalate and align risk tolerance.

Lead analytics for Payment Operations by building and optimising data models and pipelines, developing operational forecasting for capacity planning, creating actionable reports and visualisations, and partnering with stakeholders to drive data-driven improvements to payment processing and customer experience.

Own and operate enterprise collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, etc.), build API-first integrations and automations, lead incident response and post-mortems, mentor engineers, and enforce security, monitoring, and IaC best practices to ensure scalable, reliable digital workspace services.
