As a Senior Software Engineer on the Screening Engine team, you'll design and build high-performance systems, contribute to product roadmaps, and collaborate across teams to ensure regulatory compliance while mentoring others.

Lead building a centralized finance master data registry and data fabric. Design zero-trust master data frameworks, staging and validation pipelines, automated verification checks, and data lineage across microservices to enable accounting automation, audit readiness, and reduce data drift. Manage operational strategy and execution for a portfolio of enterprise banking and fintech partners. Drive volume retention, operational performance, incident response, and data-driven improvement initiatives. Advise product and operations teams on UK regulatory requirements, conduct risk assessments, monitor control effectiveness using data, and work with MLRO and audit to remediate issues.
