Review and approve high-risk customer onboarding and ongoing KYC cases through enhanced due diligence, transaction analysis, regulatory research, and risk-based decision-making. Draft SAR narratives when needed, support audits, respond to escalations, maintain procedures, lead process improvements, and mentor analysts.
