Leads LatAm Financial Crime Operations teams responsible for AML/CFT risk mitigation, high-risk customer assessment, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, incident remediation, and operational performance. Develops strategic roadmaps, scalable processes, KPIs, training, and talent programs while partnering with Product, senior leadership, audit, and cross-functional stakeholders. Drives continuous improvement, project execution, governance, and customer-focused outcomes within Wise’s risk appetite.

Own and enhance Wise’s AU/NZ financial crime compliance and risk management program. Design compliant-by-design product controls, assess financial crime risks, conduct regulatory gap analyses, drive remediation, and support product launches. Manage AML/CTF, sanctions, and fraud risks while balancing regulatory obligations with customer experience. Represent Wise in audits and regulatory inspections, collaborate with global Product, Engineering, Risk, and Compliance teams, and influence stakeholders through clear, data-driven recommendations.

Oversee AML and fraud controls for Wise’s North American onboarding and customer due diligence programs. Advise stakeholders on BSA, AML/CTF, OFAC, and regulatory requirements; challenge and approve control changes, products, and features; monitor financial crime metrics and risks; support SAR governance and risk assessments; conduct regulatory horizon scanning; and represent compliance oversight to regulators, auditors, and partners.

Manage Wise's US and Canada Regulatory Compliance, develop product compliance controls, execute risk assessments, and communicate results. Requires strong regulatory knowledge in payments.

The Product Manager will lead the Grow Squad at Wise to create innovative solutions for automated tax reporting and compliance across various markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-friendly financial products.

Lead and deliver internal audit engagements for North America, develop continuous monitoring and automated audit routines, support audit planning and risk assessment, track remediation, and build strong stakeholder relationships across the business and external partners.

Lead analytics for operations (KYC/FinCrime): capacity planning, forecasting, data-pipeline ownership, predictive modeling, operational health and cost analysis, KPI and target-setting, performance tracking, and stakeholder-driven process standardisation to improve customer outcomes.

Lead a team building backend systems for business expense management (receipts, expense reports, bookkeeping, card products). Own the technical roadmap, drive architecture and implementation, mentor engineers, collaborate with product and cross-functional squads, and apply LLM technologies to automate document scanning, categorization, and reconciliation.

Leads issuer-side scheme compliance and card disputes across Visa and Mastercard programs. Develops compliance strategy, manages specialists, oversees card launches and supply-chain vendors, monitors fraud and dispute thresholds, negotiates with scheme partners, maintains audit-ready controls, and drives scalable automation, dashboards, templates, and playbooks.

Provides independent quality assurance over complex, high-risk payments cases, conducting checks, calibrations, thematic reviews, and root-cause analysis. Acts as a payments subject matter expert, resolves escalations, supports audit and regulatory activity, and mentors QA colleagues. Uses analytical techniques, AI, dashboards, and QA data to identify trends, risks, and control gaps. Presents actionable recommendations to stakeholders and drives consistent decision-making, compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
