Own the servicing experience, strategy, and roadmap for Wise’s high-volume customers. The role focuses on improving activation, expansion, retention, confidence, and satisfaction through scalable premium support, service design, data-driven decisions, operational models, and strategically deployed AI. The Product Manager will collaborate across Operations, Servicing, Send, Contacts, Fincrime, Compliance, design, and data teams while balancing customer growth, platform capabilities, efficiency, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Lead implementation and day-to-day management of enterprise and operational risk for Wise US Broker Dealer. Drive risk and control assessments, KRI design, incident and issue management, control monitoring, remediation oversight, and risk reporting. Partner with first-line teams on new product risk mitigation and build dashboards and analytics to surface actionable insights for regional and board-level reporting.

Lead the core multi-currency account product, define vision and roadmap, deliver on KPIs, collaborate cross-functionally, hire and grow product team, and own compliance and technical delivery to improve the Wise Account experience for millions of customers.
