Lead and grow an Americas CRM team to define end-to-end lifecycle strategy, build automated journeys for activation, cross-sell and retention, drive CRM metrics (conversion, churn, LTV), partner with product, analytics and creative, and use data-driven experimentation to prove impact.

Lead and develop a Customer Support team, implement QA/QC and SLA-driven processes, monitor tickets and escalations, train staff, measure customer satisfaction, liaise with product and other departments, and advocate for customer feedback to improve product and support functionality.

Design and architect large-scale conversational AI systems and agents for customer support. Own prompts, context and knowledge architecture, define agent behaviour, and collaborate with engineers, product and data science to deliver automation strategy, coach teams, and raise content and model-design maturity.

Lead product analytics for Wise Business: define and track KPIs/OKRs, build data logging and automated pipelines, run deep-dive analyses, quantify feature impact for prioritization, and translate findings into clear recommendations for product and leadership.

Design, build, and operate backend microservices and APIs for an enterprise partner portal. Work on permissions/RBAC, SSO (SAML), fraud/case management, communication services, and integrations with KYC/FinCrime. Perform technical discovery, produce design docs, and provide production support for live partner issues.

Design, build, test, and maintain backend services and REST APIs (Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot) on AWS. Work on payment orchestration and card pay-in systems, PostgreSQL databases, and Kafka event-driven processing. Ensure performance, scalability, security, automated testing, code reviews, and participate in on-call rotations while collaborating cross-functionally.
