Research priority global strategic accounts, identify buying groups and timely commercial signals, and execute personalized outbound engagement through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels. Manage enterprise customers as a named technical consultant across the Hootsuite and Talkwalker technology stack. Lead integrations, technical optimization, adoption, value realization, renewal support, delivery planning, reporting, risk mitigation, documentation, and enablement. Advocate for customer needs internally, identify account growth opportunities, develop scalable TAM processes and services, and mentor Professional Services colleagues. The role is remote for applicants in Maharashtra, India, on a 12-month contract.

Acquire and close new mid-market business for Hootsuite by managing sales cycles from lead response through negotiation and closing. Develop territory and account plans, conduct product demonstrations, recommend solutions, complete RFPs, forecast revenue, and track activities in Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and 6sense. Partner with pre- and post-sales teams to support customer transitions, educate existing commercial customers, and help onboard and develop new sales team members.

Provide privacy and commercial legal support, including drafting policies, negotiating SaaS and data protection agreements, responding to customer assurance inquiries, and advising stakeholders on global privacy laws. Maintain privacy initiatives, risk controls, data inventories, and operational processes while supporting procurement, sales, product, training, legal research, and compliance activities.

Build and execute global B2B SaaS demand generation programs across Enterprise and Mid-Market segments. Manage integrated campaigns, account-based marketing, intent signals, partner-led programs, sales activation, and performance measurement across North America, EMEA, and Emerging Markets. Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, BDRs, and partners to create, accelerate, and convert demand into qualified pipeline.

Lead enterprise implementations of Hootsuite and Talkwalker, manage scoping, requirements, project plans, stakeholders and training, drive adoption (70%+), align solutions to business goals, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth handoffs from sales to delivery.

Develop, maintain, and operate backend tools, libraries, automation, and services. Design and evolve the infrastructure platform, evaluate new technologies, reduce toil, support developer experience, run on-call rotations, diagnose distributed systems, perform maintenance and migrations, and produce documentation and demos.

Provide frontline IT support by owning helpdesk tickets, deploying and configuring laptops and peripherals, managing assets, provisioning and decommissioning user accounts, supporting identity/SSO and Jamf endpoint workflows, assisting with AI tool enablement, maintaining documentation, supporting platform projects, and performing on-call duties as needed.
