Monitor and operate mission-critical real-time market data systems for global electronic trading. Lead design and delivery of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Canadas insurance platform: build strategy, governance, advisor enablement, vendor relationships, compliance frameworks, operating model, and analytics to scale insurance distribution across wealth channels.

Develop, test, and maintain C++ applications for ultra-low-latency exchange connectivity in a Linux environment. Participate in design reviews, automation and CI/CD, collaborate with team members, and use Python scripting and modern AI tools to improve workflows and software quality.

Lead strategy and operations for graph-based fraud link analysis: define requirements, integrate and validate data, test outputs, develop review workflows, perform case reviews, support cross-functional coordination, and maintain procedures and governance to detect and mitigate complex fraud.
