Join an agile team to design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise web applications. Build high-quality Java/J2EE solutions, maintain system docs, implement RESTful services, improve SDLC practices (TDD, CI/CD, static analysis), and collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders. Perl experience required.

Develop, sustain, and troubleshoot the GHOSTGEM software suite (including DINO). Implement, test, and integrate applications with COTS/GOTS/FOSS components; build scripts and services using Linux, Bash, Python, containerization, CI/CD, NoSQL databases, orchestration, messaging, and IaC tools.

Design, deploy, and sustain enterprise Identity Provider (IdP) and ADFS services for DoD-scale authentication and federation. Implement SSO, MFA, PKI/smart-card auth, SAML/OAuth/OIDC/WS-Fed integrations, troubleshoot tokens/claims, support onboarding, and produce operational documentation.

Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for desktop, systems, and network hardware/software. Offer remote support via desktop mirroring and remote access tools, diagnose and resolve cloud infrastructure issues, and mentor junior staff. Position requires TS/SCI w/Poly and CompTIA Security+ certification.

Provide 24x7 monitoring and event management for NIH infrastructure: investigate alerts, escalate to Tier 2, coordinate incident bridges, author outage communications and lessons-learned reports, and support proactive prevention and response activities.
