Maintain, configure, and optimize servers, workstations, networks, and backups; troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues; create dashboards (Splunk or Elastic Stack); support TCPED/FMVideo exploitation, patching, audits, and disaster recovery; coordinate with network and systems engineering teams; develop training and status reporting.
