Architect and modernize large, multi-tenant cloud applications on AWS. Design, deploy, and secure cloud solutions; build automation, IaC, CI/CD pipelines; develop serverless and containerized microservices using Node.js, React.js, Python and Bash; collaborate with cross-functional teams and produce operational documentation.

Lead and contribute on engineering teams to perform automated testing, scripting, and troubleshooting across Unix/Linux/VxWorks environments while leveraging network protocol knowledge.

Provide first-line support to ISSPA users: troubleshoot application and browser issues, perform database edits, log tickets, deliver user training, draft system bulletins, and coordinate customer interactions to maintain data integrity and high first-contact resolution.

Operate and maintain NOC systems and servers, perform user/group administration, monitor datacenter and network performance, manage security and compliance (SIEM, STIG), execute O&M checklists and change control, assist incident response, and support build, implementation, and upgrades of network management tools to meet SLA requirements.
