Works closely with ISSM, ISO, and AO/DAO and supports Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities.

Lead a 50-person QA organization to shift from manual testing to an automation-first SDET model. Own automation architecture, CI/CD integration, upskilling, executive quality metrics, and client relationships. Drive tooling selection, test automation strategy, and measurable improvements in test coverage, cycle time, and defect escape rates while managing hiring and performance for a large QA team.

Provide Tier 3 network security engineering for INSCOM: install, configure, and harden network and security infrastructure; troubleshoot switching, routing, VPNs, and Next-Gen firewalls; manage ACLs and firewall policies; configure F5 BIG-IP (LTM/ASM); perform packet analysis; apply STIGs/NIST hardening; collaborate across teams and support enterprise SDLC.

Design, deploy, maintain, and optimize enterprise VDI/End User Computing environments. Build and automate Windows golden images with Packer, implement security hardening (STIGs/Zero Trust), perform capacity planning, troubleshooting, patching, and monitoring. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams, document architectures and operational procedures, and support modernization and automation initiatives.
