Develop software (C#, Python, C++), configure OGC web services, manage ArcGIS Enterprise roles, ensure RMF/STIG compliance, integrate containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), support DevSecOps and AI/ML data processes, perform QA/QC, and maintain technical documentation in Git-based workflows.

Provide administration, maintenance, development, and troubleshooting for Oracle IAM (OAM, OIG, OID, OIM) including provisioning, authentication, RBAC/ABAC controls, custom Java/REST integrations, BI Publisher reporting, and IAM continuous monitoring. Produce SOPs, coordinate with SMEs, and apply secure coding and audit practices to support production and non-production environments.

Provide Tier II systems administration for a hybrid Windows/RHEL enterprise supporting an intelligence customer. Maintain workstations and servers, troubleshoot applications and incidents, provide remote support across security enclaves, collaborate with Tier II/III teams, and participate in special projects. Must hold TS/SCI with Polygraph and DoD IA certification.

Design, develop, and maintain a distributed metrics and monitoring solution for HPC systems. Implement DevOps automation and observability using Linux, Bash, Rust/Python, Splunk, log management, Kafka, IaC (Ansible), and CI/CD (GitLab). Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of HPC infrastructure.

Design and implement geospatial ETL and data transformation pipelines using Python and geospatial APIs (Esri ArcPoly, GDAL, GeoPandas). Automate geospatial workflows with ArcGIS GeoEvent Server, Workflow Manager, and Apache NiFi. Integrate and manage geospatial datastores (ArcGIS Enterprise DB, Postgres, GeoMesa) and ETL tools like SAFE FME. Support cybersecurity-conscious operations on-site, requiring TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

Design, develop, and maintain tools and services integrating Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence). Automate admin tasks, implement CI/CD and containerization, create documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mission-critical applications in a Linux environment.
