Lead software engineering and modernization efforts for USPACOM J6: define requirements, design secure architectures, integrate APIs, apply DevSecOps practices, coordinate stakeholders, produce technical documentation, and support testing and transition on-site at Camp Smith, HI.

Support USPACOM J6 IT modernization by designing, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise WAN/LAN and secure enclave networks. Lead integration, testing, documentation, and coordination across engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and mission partners to improve interoperability and operational capability in the Pacific theater.

Lead enterprise architecture for a complex IT environment, designing scalable, secure cloud and hybrid solutions. Define target-state architectures, modernization roadmaps, assess technologies, lead design reviews, prototype solutions, remediate technical debt, and present recommendations to leadership while guiding engineering teams through implementation.

Provide hands-on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of client workstations and peripheral hardware. Implement software patches, security fixes, and service releases. Perform incident response, user support, documentation of processes, and assist with technical project milestones on customer sites.

Manage the subcontract lifecycle for government contracts including NDAs, teaming agreements, proposals, negotiations, purchase orders, compliance monitoring, cost/price analyses, and briefing senior leadership. Lead capture activities, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, resolve subcontract issues, forecast pipeline, and support process improvements and training.

Provide hands-on program coordination for CDC OPHDST: track action items, produce status reports, coordinate stakeholders, manage meetings, maintain documents, and support reporting to keep program activities on schedule.

Provide installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support for information systems and peripheral hardware. Perform incident response, customer support, and technical tasks for projects. Document processes and apply hands-on experience installing/deleting client software, applying patches/security fixes, and diagnosing basic workstation issues while supporting on-site customer environments.

Design, develop, and deploy production-grade agentic (multi-agent) AI solutions and end-to-end pipelines (data ingestion, embeddings, deployment, monitoring). Integrate agents with enterprise systems, implement observability and AIOps practices, collaborate across teams, and continuously evaluate and improve agent runtime performance.

Provide expert HPC analysis and recommendations for DoW HPCMP projects. Support new user onboarding, evaluate technical merit and mission impact, document resource management and user requirements, define and track performance and benchmarking metrics, and advise leadership and advisory panels to improve HPC utilization and forecasting.

Support the CMM application development team by maintaining project schedules, sprint boards, task assignments, and deliverable trackers. Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; prepare status reports, meeting minutes, sprint artifacts, and technical documentation. Maintain repositories, ensure contract compliance, assist with budget/resource tracking and forecasting, and support program reviews, demos, and audits. Use Jira, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint and Agile/Scrum practices to coordinate deliverables and communicate with stakeholders.
