Support integration testing for NYS MMIS: design and execute integration and regression tests, capture and report results, collaborate with automation engineers, attend design meetings, and assist production/support activities. Follow SDLC testing standards and maintain testing documentation.

Produce testable, documented code and collaborate with program stakeholders while following security and AI governance requirements.

Manage technical, cost, schedule, contract and subcontractor aspects of multiple small-to-medium IT projects. Develop project plans, track risks and deliverables, ensure quality of outputs, liaise with customers and leadership, and recommend process improvements to meet program goals.

Design, build, and sustain AI analytics stack components including Python backends, FastAPI services, LLM-enabled agentic workflows, and Streamlit/React frontends. Implement CI/CD and Docker-based deployments, integrate relational databases (Postgres/MySQL), and ensure secure, maintainable delivery. Collaborate cross-functionally to prototype, deploy, and operate AI-enabled user interfaces and APIs to support mission outcomes in a cleared, on-site environment.

Provide Tier 2 Windows system administration and technical support: troubleshoot and resolve issues, document solutions, collaborate for advanced fixes, participate in on-call/after-hours support, and maintain enterprise troubleshooting processes while meeting DoD 8140 IAT II and clearance requirements.

Design, build, and operate scalable data pipelines and ETL for AI/ML. Create model-ready datasets (features, embeddings, prompts), implement storage layers (data lakehouse, vector stores), optimize low-latency retrieval for inference and RAG, tune search/indexing with ElasticSearch/OpenSearch, collaborate with analytics and product teams, and maintain CI/CD, version control, and Linux-based performance tuning.

Lead design and implementation of AI/ML capabilities for classified, air-gapped and government-cloud environments. Architect and deploy on-prem LLMs, build RAG and embedding pipelines, enforce AI governance and security controls, support RMF/accreditation, establish CI/CD and containerized deployments, mentor developers, and brief government stakeholders.
