Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and maintains enterprise full-stack applications supporting insider-threat detection. Performs all SDLC phases, analyzes requirements, creates models, implements updates, debugs, and produces project reports. Supports system integration and operational maintenance for a government intelligence customer.

Design, build, and maintain data workflows and automation pipelines using Apache Airflow. Develop scalable, observable orchestration solutions integrated with Apache Spark, containers, and CI tools. Collaborate with data engineers and platform teams to ensure secure, production-ready workflows and automate operational processes via scripting and tooling.

Lead solutions architecture and R&D for intelligence-focused software; introduce and implement DevSecOps, software factory, low/no-code, and modern engineering practices across programs to deliver secure software solutions in restricted environments.
