Lead Tier 3 systems engineering for enterprise IT: coordinate Tier 3 O&S, lead incident and problem management, perform RCA and reliability analyses (FTA/FMEA), troubleshoot servers/networks/storage/virtualization, document findings and remediate single points of failure, and brief government stakeholders.

Troubleshoot builds, enforce compliance (cATO/RMF), and produce operational runbooks while supporting multiple concurrent federal and DoD projects.
