Support sustaining engineering and product lifecycle for Force Protection Systems. Develop and execute test plans, perform hardware/software/environmental testing, analyze schematics, produce TDPs/ECPs/BOMs, address obsolescence, brief IPTs, mentor technicians, and interface with government customers while maintaining system baselines and travel as required.

Provide Tier 3 lab infrastructure engineering and systems engineering support for government lab environments: design Windows domain architectures, deploy and maintain VMware virtual machines, manage Active Directory and PKI, administer RHEL/Oracle systems and Infoblox IPAM, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, perform data center server configuration, and engage stakeholders. Ensure security/compliance and support enterprise testing and lab tool procurement. Ansible experience preferred.

Provide Tier 2 enterprise IT system administration: troubleshoot and resolve Windows-based system issues, document solutions and processes, collaborate with engineers, and participate in after-hours/on-call support. Work onsite with required Top Secret clearance and DoD 8140 IAT II compliance to support mission-critical operations.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop, network, and systems hardware and software. Deliver in-person and remote assistance (desktop mirroring), resolve cloud infrastructure issues, coach junior staff, and follow up on helpdesk tickets. Maintain currency on assigned technologies and support worldwide sites; on-site in Annapolis Junction, MD with a Sunday–Thursday 3pm–11pm shift.

Administer, design, maintain, and operate medium-to-large SharePoint farms; create custom workflows and web parts; perform business process analysis, system implementation, testing, monitoring, and sustainment for enterprise SharePoint and related Microsoft technologies.

Support USPACOM J6 MPE engineering planning, design, modernization, and secure integration. Translate operational requirements into technical designs, troubleshoot complex network issues, coordinate across engineering/cyber/operations/partners, and produce technical documentation and briefings for leadership.

Develop and execute test plans for computer systems, perform performance testing, analyze user requirements and system capabilities, recommend commercial software, and improve or automate existing systems.

Drive operational excellence across FedHealth programs by advising on execution standards, conducting program assessments, supporting transitions, monitoring compliance and financial performance, coordinating division initiatives, preparing leadership briefings, and assisting corrective actions and risk mitigation to improve delivery and governance.

Designs, evaluates, and supports complex SATCOM and network systems including antenna controllers, amplifiers, modems, and relay/airborne terminals. Performs link-budget and RF analysis, operations and maintenance, satellite acquisition support, technical documentation, and project management from concept to delivery while coordinating real-time anomaly response and long-term modernization efforts.
