Requires extensive Exchange, PowerShell, Active Directory, and government infrastructure experience.

Support authorization and accreditation of classified Azure Government systems by developing A&A packages, SSPs, POA&Ms, and ATO documentation. Manage security controls, continuous monitoring, auditing, logging, vulnerabilities, and compliance across Azure security services. Guide SIEM/SOAR integrations, remediation, DevSecOps security, control evidence collection, assessments, and federal authorization processes. Coordinate with technical teams, mission owners, assessors, and authorizing officials while maintaining NIST, DoD, and CIS compliance.

Provides Tier 1 technical support through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems. Provides enterprise infrastructure monitoring, alerting, data collection, and reporting across Linux, Windows, applications, networks, and logs. Defines monitoring thresholds, reviews requirements, supports system engineering and Authority to Operate processes, integrates APIs, and ensures data flows to enterprise monitoring and analytics platforms. The role collaborates directly with government stakeholders, supports technical deliverables and roadmaps, and may lead monitoring design and development activities.

Manages and supports physical and virtual F5 infrastructure across multiple data centers. Designs, implements, operates, upgrades, and troubleshoots F5 LTM, ASM, BIG-IQ, and APM environments, including advanced iRules. Handles network connectivity, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, NTP, capacity planning, performance, testing, documentation, and system enhancements. Requires active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and onsite work in Sterling, Virginia or Annapolis Junction, Maryland.

Performs system administration, patching, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, user access management, deployments, upgrades, and incident response. Implements security controls, supports audits and remediation, documents systems, and collaborates with IT teams on projects and process improvements. This is an on-site role in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, working Monday through Friday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
