Senior Systems Administrator supporting INSCOM: install, configure, maintain Windows and UNIX servers, desktops, Azure AD and infrastructure; provide Tier 1/2 troubleshooting, escalate issues, manage system integrity and OS enhancements, integrate new technologies, and provide daily on-site support. Requires TS/SCI, DoD IAT II certifications, AZ-104 within 180 days, and extensive hands-on hardware/software experience.

Package and deploy client software for physical and virtual desktops, integrate Windows desktops with enterprise services, support O&M across the IT lifecycle, and perform desktop OS upgrades, rapid fix deployment, and security/compliance tasks for a cleared intelligence customer.

Lead multiple agile teams to define and implement DevSecOps strategy and CI/CD pipelines across VMs, containers, and serverless platforms. Ensure security (SAST/DAST/SCA), IaC, observability, and Zero Trust are integrated across environments while mentoring engineers and driving automation, reliability, and deployment best practices.

Administer, secure, and sustain enterprise virtual server environments (VMware, Hyper-V). Manage vCenter, hypervisors, VM lifecycle, templates, patching, STIG compliance, ATO documentation, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and provisioning workflows to ensure stability and secure operations across multiple networks/enclaves.

Design, implement, and manage F5 load balancing (LTM) and access (APM) solutions; maintain multi-vendor network infrastructure (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet); develop automation; create documentation; monitor and improve deployments; advise implementation teams; handle escalations and mentor junior staff; coordinate hardware/software acquisitions.

Develop and maintain motion-imagery software for the Intelligence Community using Java/C++ and modern web stacks. Implement microservice APIs (gRPC/REST), data modeling (SQL/NoSQL/Graph), containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes), streaming (Kafka), and reactive front-end work (React/rxJS). Work onsite with an active TS/SCI+Poly and participate in Agile teams, debugging legacy apps and ensuring scalability and orchestration across classified environments.

Lead design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex LAN/MAN/WAN and Agency networks for US Army intelligence. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, ensure INFOSEC/COMSEC compliance, integrate new technologies, develop network architecture and test plans, and coordinate with government stakeholders.
