Manage and secure global infrastructure and data center operations, apply DISA STIGs and patches, provision accounts, document systems, mentor staff, automate tasks with PowerShell/DSC, recommend architecture changes, and oversee a small team with occasional deployments and off-hours work.

Provide day-shift help desk support: troubleshoot network, desktop, hardware, software and telecommunications issues; resolve tickets and calls; diagnose problems using historical records; escalate to specialists; maintain tracking databases and report recurring issues.

Lead cloud migration and integration of AOC weapon system applications to IL5/IL6 cloud environments. Provide DevSecOps architecture, IaC, container orchestration (Kubernetes/Istio), CI/CD, security testing, systems integration, team leadership, and program-level engineering oversight for classified DoD deployments.

Maintain, document, and repair outside plant (OSP) cabling and pathways across DoD/NCR facilities. Perform site surveys, OTDR testing, fusion/mechanical splicing, and 24/7 break/fix support. Ensure compliance with JSP, TIA/EIA, ANSI/TIA‑758, BICSI, NEC, IEEE standards, and maintain accurate OSP configuration documentation and reports.

Design, develop, and deploy modular cloud-based systems on AWS. Script in Java/Python, remediate infrastructure vulnerabilities, and improve system cost-efficiency. Build and maintain DevOps pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins), use Docker/Ansible, follow Agile Scrum, support clients, and implement cloud best practices and APIs/REST.

Design, fabricate, modify, test, inspect, and evaluate electronic systems and components for Navy mission projects. Analyze requirements, draft specifications and reports, recommend design modifications, and collaborate with stakeholders. Work onsite, maintain safety and regulatory compliance, and stay current with emerging technologies.

Provide Tier 2 Linux system administration and advanced troubleshooting for RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu and Windows environments. Support incident triage, user support, AD and network services, ServiceNow ticketing, and DoD-compliant secure operations. Participate in on-site and remote response, documentation, and projects to improve system reliability and end-user experience.

Analyze and process acoustic data from submarine sensors to support Navy mission requirements. Generate reports, recommend processing improvements, and collaborate with Navy, government, and industry teammates.
