Provide help desk and systems administration support for unclassified through Top Secret/SCI environments. Duties include user support, ticketing, workstation and VMware server administration, STIG compliance, patching/ASI execution, backups, SharePoint intranet maintenance, mobile device support, VTC setup, network troubleshooting, MAC requests, and reporting to government leads.

Lead enterprise change and configuration management for Army NETCOM, overseeing ServiceNow-based ESMS, ITIL processes, CCBs, CI control, documentation, compliance, and mentorship of change management staff.

Lead design, deployment, and maintenance of complex LAN/WAN/AIN networks for a defense/intelligence customer. Provide advanced troubleshooting, oversee network control center, implement security measures, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate multi-team integrations. Plan and support cyberspace tasking orders for Army NETCOM: analyze orders from NETCOM/ARCYBER/JFHQ-DoDIN, coordinate with mission partners, provide implementation guidance, and ensure compliance with DoD/Army cybersecurity policies and network architectures.

Maintain and secure training network enclaves by implementing and monitoring security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, encryption, VPN), conducting scans and audits, producing RMF artifacts (POA&M, STIG checklists), updating eMASS, and ensuring compliance with DoD/NIST/Army cybersecurity policies to support ATO and continuous monitoring.
