Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers in Azure Government; perform configuration, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting; administer accounts and least-privilege access; integrate with Azure AD/on-prem AD and MFA; automate tasks with Ansible/PowerShell; apply DISA STIGs and compliance controls; maintain backups and DR/COOP testing; evaluate and migrate databases, address vulnerabilities, and support cleared personnel.

Designs, implements, and maintains enterprise LAN/WAN and network security (Zscaler, firewalls, VPNs). Troubleshoots complex IPv4/IPv6 issues, manages RSA SecurID, Cisco gear, SolarWinds scripts, and monitors performance. Ensures compliance, documentation, upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and coordinates procurement and after-hours maintenance windows.

Provide frontline IT support: respond to user inquiries, log and resolve hardware/software/network issues, install/configure software, handle password resets and peripherals, maintain inventory, document solutions and knowledge-base articles, mentor junior staff, escalate complex issues, and follow security and IT policies (report incidents).

Configure, maintain, and operate the ACAS suite and its RHEL host; execute and report vulnerability scans across multiple security enclaves; apply DISA STIG guidance; support RMF processes and audits; assist the ISSO/ISSM and complete required ACAS training within 90 days.

Lead cybersecurity engineering for DTRA DSMS: advise leadership on risk and posture, coordinate inspections and compliance, develop policies and SOPs, report metrics, and architect/implement security platforms (Splunk, Palo Alto) and cloud security (AWS/Azure).

Lead enterprise architecture for USSTRATCOM using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and UAF standards. Develop executable models, define digital platform frameworks, decompose systems across abstraction levels, integrate tooling and automation, ensure IT security compliance, and enable analytics and program performance metrics to support national mission continuity.
