Analyze, engineer, and troubleshoot complex network environments supporting advanced cyber capabilities. Conduct network assessments, map architectures and dependencies, analyze traffic and configurations, administer network infrastructure and Linux/Windows systems, build virtualized test environments, automate workflows with Python, and translate cyber-derived outputs into operational capabilities. The role requires active TS/SCI with polygraph, DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, IC RMF experience, Xacta expertise, and strong communication skills.

Support desktop configurations, software installations, ticket queues, system documentation, asset inventories, property movement, and disposal. The role requires Windows administration, Linux/Unix architecture knowledge, virtualization, mobile-device management, and compliance with DoD information assurance requirements while supporting a SOCOM customer onsite.

Lead the architecture, engineering, operations, and maintenance of a classified workstation enclave. Manage secure workstation solutions, cybersecurity compliance, RMF and Continuous Monitoring activities, security controls, vulnerability and change management, incident response, SSP documentation, audits, and security attestations. Lead engineering team operations, manage milestones and risks, coordinate with government stakeholders, and recommend improvements to system architectures, processes, and security posture.

Develop and modernize enterprise architectures across infrastructure, applications, data, cloud, and cybersecurity. Create architecture roadmaps, models, diagrams, inventories, and reference architectures; assess systems for security, performance, and enterprise alignment; evaluate emerging technologies; and support zero trust, RMF, and federal security standards. The role provides senior technical guidance, participates in design reviews and architecture boards, identifies risks and dependencies, and mentors junior team members in a hybrid Falls Church, Virginia environment.

Provides day-to-day IT assurance and cybersecurity support for DoD Special Access Programs. Maintains servers, firewalls, networks, security monitoring systems, accounts, hardware, software, and COMSEC equipment. Supports authorization packages, RMF assessments, self-inspections, vulnerability remediation, patching, system accreditation, operational testing, VTC administration, help desk activities, and client support. The role requires SAP experience, TS/SCI clearance, eligibility for a CI polygraph, Windows and Exchange administration, and knowledge of LAN/WAN, COMSEC, and security authorization standards.

Leads multiple remote IT operations teams covering account management, Tier 2 support, specialized support, privileged access and MFA, and problem management. Oversees escalations, ServiceNow approvals, SLA performance, staffing, operational metrics, automation, and incident resolution. Partners with PMO and DevOps teams to improve service stability and delivery, while providing backup leadership for the Operations Framework Director. May support incidents and operational needs outside normal business hours.
