Lead Systems Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, and operating hybrid Windows Server and Azure/M365 infrastructures (including Azure IL4/IL5). Lead engineering teams, implement automation with PowerShell, ensure security compliance (DISA STIGs/CIS), manage WAN-connected systems, and drive service optimization and DevSecOps practices to deliver complex, user-facing IT services.

Provide on-site Tier 1/2 IT help desk support including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues; log and track tickets; perform installs and updates; assist with account/password issues and peripherals; mentor junior staff; document resolutions and contribute to the knowledge base. Position requires adherence to security policies and reporting incidents.

Support modeling, simulation, test and evaluation (T&E), verification, and integration of AI/ML-enabled electromagnetic systems and prototype payloads. Collaborate with engineers and analysts, create technical documentation, and perform system testing to meet government requirements. On-site at Crane, Indiana.

Deploy, configure, and manage SL1/VOSS to monitor Unified Communications (Teams, Skype for Business, Cisco CMS/phones, VTC). Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, optimize systems, produce documentation and reports, and collaborate with vendors and teams to ensure UC reliability and improvements.

Lead AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) efforts and partner-driven cloud modernization for public sector customers. Drive co-selling/co-marketing strategies, build partner pipelines, advise program teams, and generate high-visibility cloud migration and modernization opportunities while supporting sales and capture activities.

Provide tier-1 IT support: respond to user inquiries, log and resolve hardware/software/network issues via ticketing and remote tools, escalate complex problems, maintain IT asset inventory, document solutions, mentor junior staff, and follow security and compliance procedures. Requires onsite support in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Administer, configure, and secure enterprise Red Hat/CentOS Linux servers supporting USCENTCOM. Manage services (Apache, Nginx, DNS, DHCP, LDAP), patching, performance tuning, SSL/TLS lifecycle, troubleshooting, documentation, and mentor junior staff while ensuring DoD security compliance and system availability.

Manage enterprise PKI services including issuance, renewal, revocation, token issuance, and MFA enforcement across multiple networks. Monitor certificate health, CRLs, and authentication systems; troubleshoot certificate and authentication failures; support Trusted Agents and admins; maintain documentation and procedures; support identity-related incident response to protect mission-critical systems.

Provide on-base and off-site electrical engineering support for MK 41 VLS ATE systems: install, test, troubleshoot, repair, update schematics and documentation, perform failure investigations, support corrective/preventive actions, and design/customize PCBs using Altium Designer. Travel ~25%.

Supervise and manage a Tier 1 help desk team: handle personnel issues, performance reviews, onboarding, scheduling, coverage, and escalations. Ensure compliance with certifications and asset tracking, generate productivity and survey reports, coordinate with Tier 2/AM/telephony/SNOW teams, and lead process improvement projects.
