Design, develop, enhance, test, integrate, and maintain software applications supporting enterprise and government IT initiatives. Troubleshoot production issues, automate processes, support modernization efforts, gather technical requirements, and customize solutions to client business and IT needs. Collaborate with technical solutions engineers, professional services teams, and client stakeholders.

Support the RMF and A&A lifecycle for a classified workstation secure enclave. Manage FedRAMP and DoD security controls, continuous monitoring, POA&M remediation, audit preparation, and compliance evidence. Assess vulnerabilities using Tenable and STIG tools, review system architectures and configurations, oversee control assessments, analyze security risks, and support incident response. Collaborate with engineers, administrators, ISSOs, vendors, and leadership to maintain authorization and ensure compliance with FedRAMP and CNSSI 1253 requirements.

Develops and executes site transition plans, coordinates stakeholders, oversees system transition activities, leads recurring transition meetings, and serves as the escalation point for transition risks and issues. The role supports an enterprise IT and infrastructure operations mission in a hybrid Falls Church, Virginia setting and requires an active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and 5–10 years of related experience.

Lead cybersecurity compliance and continuous monitoring for a classified workstation secure enclave. Support the RMF and A&A lifecycle, maintain FedRAMP and DoD evidence packages, manage POA&Ms, assess vulnerabilities and STIG findings, validate security controls, oversee audits and 3PAO assessments, evaluate architectures and firewall rules, and provide risk and incident-response support. The role requires extensive ISSO or ISSM experience, active Top Secret clearance, on-site work in McLean, Virginia, and DoD 8140/8570 compliance.

Manage enterprise software and hardware procurement, licensing, renewals, entitlements, inventory, and compliance. Maintain software asset repositories, OEM portals, license records, and approved media. Use ServiceNow SAM for discovery, reconciliation, normalization, allocations, and fulfillment. Analyze licensing costs and trends, coordinate renewals with technical and financial stakeholders, review vendor agreements, resolve licensing issues, and present audit findings to leadership. The role requires active Secret clearance and is onsite in Springfield, Virginia.

Manages corporate AMEX cards, reconciles event and travel expenses, supports financial and administrative operations, and ensures accurate, compliant, timely processing of expenditures. Collaborates with finance, events, and task order teams to validate travel requirements and maintain documentation. Requires strong organization, prioritization, spreadsheet, and financial reporting skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, expense management systems, and card platforms.

Provides multidisciplinary security support for Special Access Programs, SCI, and collateral activities. Ensures compliance with NISPOM, DoD, intelligence-community, and SAP requirements; develops and improves security procedures; identifies vulnerabilities and risks; supports security training and facility oversight; conducts compliance reviews and corrective-action tracking; briefs personnel; and investigates potential losses or compromises of classified information.
