Oversees Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, automation, troubleshooting, technical documentation, and project planning while ensuring alignment with Department of War regulations and security standards.

Designs, implements, administers, troubleshoots, and modernizes enterprise Cisco voice, video, unified communications, and collaboration systems. Supports CUCM, Jabber, Webex, Expressway, SBCs, gateways, Windows Server, firewalls, and V2CDS/XD Vision technologies. Provides Tier 2/3 operational support, analyzes signaling and media issues, performs upgrades and security hardening, documents systems, supports projects and modernization efforts, and coordinates with vendors, cybersecurity, network, and telecommunications teams.

Requires onsite work in McLean, Virginia, U.S. citizenship, and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Leads end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects for intelligence customers. Manages scope, cost, schedule, technical performance, resources, risks, vendors, and project deliverables. Coordinates engineering and operations teams, facilitates technical exchanges and program reviews, serves as the primary customer liaison, and drives solutions to technical issues and evolving requirements. Requires active TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, and at least five years of project management experience in a government or IT environment.
