Lead development and governance of Advana Customer Success Operations and Stakeholder Management Plans across Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret domains. Coordinate with platform, data, AI, cybersecurity, and system operations teams, build metrics and dashboards, produce briefs and reports, and drive stakeholder engagement and service adoption across DoW, DHS, and interagency partners.

Provide onsite logistics and technical support to upgrade ~5,800 cellular devices: process orders, receive shipments, update inventory, label and transport devices for tagging/activation, and deliver to customer Service Desk Tier 2 teams. Track, report, and archive status using inventory and office automation tools. Work is onsite in Germantown, MD under supervision, applying practical experience and training.
