Lead enterprise architecture and technical strategy to modernize legacy systems into secure, cloud-native platforms. Drive cloud, data, API, microservices, and CI/CD/DevSecOps modernization; mentor engineering teams; evaluate technology tradeoffs; brief senior mission leaders; ensure alignment with zero-trust and Agile practices to deliver mission-critical outcomes.

Design, migrate, and optimize on-premises systems to Azure; administer Microsoft 365 services; implement IaC with Terraform; automate with PowerShell/Python; enforce cloud security and compliance; provide post-migration support, documentation, and on-call coverage.
