Lead Business Analyst to oversee BA teams across multiple scrum teams, own and decompose the product backlog, define DoR/DoD, drive PI planning, conduct process and journey mapping (Visio), capture requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria, support testing, mitigate risks, and collaborate with architects, POs, testers and stakeholders to deliver a cloud-based case management modernization.

Troubleshoots complex IPv4/IPv6 issues, manages RSA SecurID, Cisco gear, SolarWinds scripts, and monitors performance. Ensures compliance, documentation, upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and coordinates procurement and after-hours maintenance windows.

Provide Tier 2/3 systems administration and on-site/remote support for Windows and UNIX environments. Install and patch OS and applications, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, maintain backups and disaster recovery, ensure STIG compliance using tools like Retina and HBSS, manage databases and storage, perform data center maintenance, coordinate preventive maintenance, support escalation and status communication, provide on-call and deployable support (up to 6 months). TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship required; significant travel (30-75%).

Support AI governance by assessing AI system cybersecurity vulnerabilities, developing governance frameworks and assessment tools, ensuring compliance with NIST, CMMC, GDPR, and guiding secure, ethical AI deployment across the organization.

Lead operational execution for the Chief Growth Officer by coordinating cross-enterprise initiatives, driving disciplined decision flow, building executive materials, improving visibility with dashboards, escalating and mitigating risks, and advising senior leadership to advance growth, strategy, and technology priorities.

Support USPACOM J6 MPE architecture, system design, and network integration to enable joint/coalition interoperability. Translate mission partner requirements into technical plans, provide tactical data link expertise, coordinate operational communications across partners, resolve technical challenges, and produce technical documentation and briefings.

Lead and coordinate business operations: formulate policies, manage daily operations, and plan use of materials and human resources to support mission outcomes. Requires a BA, 5+ years' related experience, 8570 IAT Level II certification, and a Secret security clearance.

Support USPACOM J6 IT modernization at Camp Smith, HI by planning, integrating, testing, and transitioning network solutions. Provide tactical data link and MPE network integration expertise for joint/coalition interoperability, coordinate technical requirements with mission partners, resolve cross-functional technical issues, and produce technical documentation, briefings, and recommendations for stakeholders.
