Develop, configure, and integrate BMC Helix/Remedy applications using Developer and Innovation Studio. Build workflows, forms, REST/API/WebService/LDAP integrations, data imports, and digital workplace offerings. Support incidents, change management, demos, requirements gathering, testing, and sprint delivery. Maintain production, follow change control, participate in on-call rotation and Agile ceremonies, and drive continual service improvement.

Provide program support for worldwide deployment and redeployment of personnel, coordinating onboarding, travel, medical and security readiness, logistics, and finance. Maintain trackers and reports, prepare briefings, support PMO meetings, identify risks/issues, and collaborate with stakeholders across HR, logistics, finance, security, and operations to ensure timely, compliant deployments.

Provide 24/7 Windows desktop and AV support for NIPR/SIPR/JWICS/SAP environments. Manage virtual machines and management consoles, ensure DISA STIG compliance, troubleshoot hardware/software, administer print services, maintain documentation, perform recovery testing, and support mission operations onsite with shift and after-hours coverage.

Support Navy customers by compiling, editing, formatting, and managing technical documentation and databases; coordinate briefings and schedules; facilitate secure data transfers as an MTA; ensure deliverables meet government formatting, quality, deadline, and security requirements while collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Configure and extend the ServiceNow platform: implement ITSM modules, design security/ACLs, build workflows, client/server scripts, integrate via REST/SOAP, support upgrades and ATF, and collaborate in Agile teams to deliver enterprise solutions.

Support capture and proposal efforts by coordinating quoting, reviewing bill of materials, recommending sourcing strategies, ensuring FAR and internal compliance, negotiating terms and NDAs, assembling proposal packages, and providing status updates to capture teams to optimize pricing and supplier alignment.
