Responsibilities include account planning, contract negotiation, product demonstrations, staff training, customer service coordination, CRM and pipeline management, and market analysis. The role requires frequent travel within the territory, including approximately four to six overnight trips monthly, plus participation in sales meetings and trade events.

Serves as the primary legal partner to business leaders, providing commercial transaction advice, risk mitigation guidance, and contract drafting and negotiation. Advises on customer, vendor, supplier, and strategic relationships; identifies compliance and legal risks; supports business strategy; reviews marketing communications; collaborates with internal legal teams; and liaises with litigation counsel. Supports enterprise financial planning and analysis, including annual budgeting, three-year strategic planning, financial consolidation, trend analysis, and executive reporting. The role prepares materials and commentary for the CEO, CFO, Board, and Investor Relations, partners with cross-functional finance and corporate teams, drives process improvements, and maintains strong financial controls and asset stewardship.

Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, and NoSQL databases. Design interactive web applications, apply test-driven development, document requirements and specifications, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate on moderately complex projects. Event-driven architecture and GCP experience are advantageous.

Supervises cost and inventory accounting for Plant 7 and supports manufacturing and warehouse operations. Manages month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, reserves, and sterilization and freight accounting. Coordinates SOX, internal, and external audits for U.S. and Singapore company codes, serving as the primary audit contact for the Juarez site. Performs headcount analysis, ad hoc reporting, and special financial projects.

Develops capital plans, deployment strategies, dividend recommendations, and treasury forecasts. Performs capital structure, liquidity, cash flow, discount rate, and acquisition analyses. Supports credit rating agency relationships, capital committee processes, global cash management, management reporting, and SOX-compliant treasury operations. Requires independent execution, complex financial analysis, presentation development, spreadsheet modeling, and collaboration across multiple projects.

Maintains vendor chargeback contracts, customer attachments, and correspondence; analyzes manufacturer cost changes; ensures contract data complies with guidelines; validates information through testing; and communicates actionable insights cross-functionally with Sourcing and Portfolio teams.
