Lead enterprise external communications and reputation strategy, manage crisis preparedness and response, build media relationships, advise senior leaders, draft executive communications, monitor media and emerging risks, and coordinate cross-functionally to protect and advance brand reputation.

Provide U.S. GAAP technical accounting guidance; develop and maintain global accounting policies; analyze accounting implications of transactions; perform independent research; monitor new standards and prepare memos, disclosures, and policy implementations; collaborate with senior management, external auditors, legal, regulators, and consultants as technical accounting SME.

Designs and delivers onboarding and refresher training for licensed financial advisors, conducts call monitoring and interaction reviews, identifies compliance and performance gaps, provides coaching and feedback, documents quality findings, and partners with Compliance and business teams to ensure training aligns with firm policy.

Prepare and review SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), extract and analyze financial data, maintain XBRL tagging and Workiva documents, support SOX controls and external audits, mentor staff, recommend process improvements, and ensure accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.

Serve as an SEC external reporting subject-matter expert preparing, reviewing, and filing Forms 10-K/10-Q/8-K. Perform financial statement analytics, XBRL tagging, MD&A and footnote support, SOX/internal control work, auditor interaction, and process improvements using reporting tools.

Lead enterprise capital management including capital structure, allocation, forecasting, and balance sheet oversight. Advise CFO and senior leaders on capital strategy, dividend policy, remittances, and capital optimization. Deliver executive and board reporting, partner with treasury, risk, finance and investor relations, and develop capital management talent and analytics capabilities.

Lead sustainability/ESG financial reporting to meet EU CSRD and U.S. requirements. Oversee data governance, assurance, annual sustainability reports, regulatory filings, auditor relationships, team management, and change initiatives for reporting tools and processes.
