Lead development and analysis of advanced financial models for insurance products to support ALM goals. Integrate models with existing toolsets, manage multiple projects, review and guide others, conduct advanced research, innovate solutions, and collaborate with ALM, Risk, Pricing, Valuation, and Reporting stakeholders.

Manage funding strategy execution, ensure liquidity access, optimize costs, oversee collateral usage, and maintain investment relationships. Evaluate market impacts on liquidity and support strategic initiatives.

Support second-line operational risk for the Investment Office by identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting key risks. Participate in RCSAs, control testing, process reviews, action plan monitoring, root cause analysis, and GRC tool maintenance. Collaborate with risk peers, line management, compliance, IT, and Internal Audit to improve controls and risk metrics.

Support operational risk management activities including risk identification, assessment, monitoring, reporting, process risk assessments, control testing, action-plan tracking, root cause analysis, and collaboration with stakeholders using the company GRC tool.

The Int Modeler will build and analyze models for insurance products and investments, focusing on risk management and data analysis. Responsibilities include supporting modeling activities, collaborating with stakeholders, applying statistical methods, and identifying solutions to complex problems.
