Partner with senior leadership to define, prioritize, and execute strategic planning processes and roadmaps. Prepare and review SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), extract and analyze financial data, maintain XBRL tagging and Workiva documents, support SOX controls and external audits, mentor staff, recommend process improvements, and ensure accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.

Serve as an SEC external reporting subject-matter expert preparing, reviewing, and filing Forms 10-K/10-Q/8-K. Perform financial statement analytics, XBRL tagging, MD&A and footnote support, SOX/internal control work, auditor interaction, and process improvements using reporting tools.

The Associate Principal of Privileged Access Management will design and manage CyberArk solutions, mentor team members, and ensure compliance with security regulations.

Lead enterprise capital management including capital structure, allocation, forecasting, and balance sheet oversight. Advise CFO and senior leaders on capital strategy, dividend policy, remittances, and capital optimization. Deliver executive and board reporting, partner with treasury, risk, finance and investor relations, and develop capital management talent and analytics capabilities.

Lead product-line financial reporting for the Life business across IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and capital frameworks. Ensure timely, accurate reporting, analyze performance drivers, partner with actuarial, FP&A, capital and investments, own SOX controls, manage and develop a finance team, and drive continuous improvement in reporting, analytics, and processes.
