Lead and manage compliance surveillance programs across broker-dealer, RIA, and insurance channels. Oversee risk-based monitoring, design surveillance scenarios, analyze trends, support regulatory exams, coordinate remediation, liaise with vendors, and coach team members to strengthen adherence to regulatory and company sales practice standards.

Lead Financial Analyst extracts and analyzes financial data, prepares forecasts and complex models, supports client reporting, participates in monthly close, recommends process improvements, enforces internal controls, and may manage and mentor staff to meet performance standards.

Support development and execution of strategic planning processes: maintain strategic roadmap and dashboards, coordinate with PMO and cross-functional teams, prioritize initiatives, resolve escalations, and prepare stakeholder presentations.
