Leads financial planning and analysis activities, including management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, dashboards, and executive insights. The role also supports campaign planning, execution workflows, and project coordination.

Provides securities-law counsel for SEC reporting, public-company disclosures, NYSE compliance, Section 16 obligations, insider trading controls, and capital markets transactions. Drafts and coordinates regulatory filings, reviews earnings and investor communications, monitors legal developments, improves disclosure processes, manages outside counsel, and advises internal stakeholders on complex legal matters.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CFO and finance leadership, managing complex calendars, travel, expenses, confidential correspondence, reports, meeting coordination, and executive liaison duties. Ensure discretion, compliance with data privacy, and smooth finance operations during organizational change.

Leads life underwriting transformation initiatives involving process modernization, automation, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, training, and post-launch support. Partners with underwriting, operations, technology, product, distribution, and vendors to improve efficiency and decision-making. Manages stakeholder communication, issue resolution, business readiness, release planning, and implementation activities while serving as a subject matter expert and mentoring team members.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chairman and CEO. Responsibilities include managing complex schedules, coordinating domestic and international travel, planning executive meetings and events, preparing reports and presentations, handling confidential communications, liaising with senior stakeholders, and overseeing local executive office support staff. The role requires exceptional discretion, organization, diplomacy, judgment, and communication skills in a fast-paced, office-based New York environment.

Leads the global SOX and internal controls program, overseeing control evaluation, risk assessment, process documentation, deficiency tracking, remediation, reporting, and compliance activities. Partners with senior leadership, process owners, risk management, internal audit, external auditors, and global country units.
