Sell voluntary group and life insurance (including long-term care) across an assigned Southern California territory. Build and maintain broker and agency relationships, recruit and train producers, support enrollment technology and product guidance, collaborate with internal teams to meet production goals, analyze market trends, and drive profitable premium growth. As an Employee Benefits Sales Professional, you will drive sales goals, manage a territory, liaise with producers, and enhance product knowledge.

Manage RFP/proposal process for employee benefits accounts, evaluate underwriting risk, negotiate pricing and product enhancements, analyze RFP documents for feasibility and accuracy, administer re-quotes/corrections, and maintain Salesforce data, pipeline, and reports while collaborating with sales, brokers, underwriters, and employers.

Serve as primary liaison for policyholders, employers, and employees on group life, disability, and leave claims. Manage and coordinate claims (including death claims), resolve escalations, partner with HR/Payroll/Benefits, provide claims reporting, track Evidence of Insurability, and support process improvements to enhance customer experience and retention.

Manage large national employee benefits accounts (5,000+ lives) to drive premium growth and retention. Lead renewals, analyze claims/pricing trends, create strategic account plans, coordinate cross-functional solutions, deliver presentations, and improve claims service and customer satisfaction to secure and expand business.

Designs, delivers, and manages learning programs for national accounts; partners with business leaders to assess needs, develop training content, and measure learning outcomes. Ensures compliance with company policies and supports employee development initiatives to improve performance and customer service.
