Converts vendor drawings and design markups into integrated 2D and 3D documentation, supports equipment moves, and reverse engineers components for maintenance and repair documentation.

Leads the monthly SIOP process for Allegion Access Technologies, including demand forecasting, consensus planning, financial reconciliation, supply communication, inventory policy, and constrained-order prioritization. Serves as the SIOP, forecasting tool, CRM, and dashboard subject matter expert. Owns process documentation, continuous improvement, ERP and M&A transitions, new product introduction support, lifecycle planning, and executive reporting while influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Detect, triage, and investigate security alerts and incidents using SIEM and endpoint tools; document findings and remediation; support offensive testing, compliance efforts (PCI, SOX, ISO, HIPAA, NIST), and cross-functional IT teams. Provide off-hours availability and operate within a global hybrid environment.
