Lead and manage the credit unions indirect lending program, set strategy and underwriting guidelines, oversee staff and dealer relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor portfolio performance, and conduct field engagement (about 20% travel) to grow indirect lending volume and quality.

Manage consumer and real estate underwriting operations, lead and develop underwriting staff, ensure timely loan decisions, monitor loan quality and compliance, guide complex credit decisions, optimize workflows and performance metrics, and support member-focused lending operations.

Support and administer HR systems (Paycom, Compease, 15Five, HRIS), ensure data integrity and security, manage user access, troubleshoot and train users, support payroll/onboarding/benefits processes, run audits, produce reports and analytics, partner with IT and vendors for integrations and system improvements, and document configurations and SOPs.
