The Senior Sales Associate manages the sales cycle, processes client requests, supports agreement negotiations, collaborates across teams, and enhances customer satisfaction.

Designs and maintains enterprise cybersecurity architecture using defense-in-depth, risk management, threat modeling, and security standards. Conducts architecture reviews, performs technology risk analysis, develops cloud and AI security standards, and advises on application security, IAM, GRC, infrastructure, and operating-system hardening. The role serves as an information security subject matter expert, establishes baseline configurations, supports enterprise cloud architecture across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, and provides technical leadership, reports, presentations, and delivery guidance.

Manage senior relationships with CLO asset managers and advisory banks, negotiate commercial contracts, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and coordinate referrals across divisions. Analyze market and client intelligence, support product development, and use data and AI-enabled tools to improve commercial execution while maintaining regulatory and compliance standards.

Develop and implement quantitative algorithms and statistical models to produce and publish forward pricing curves for illiquid commodity markets using Matlab, SQL and Excel; monitor curve performance daily, respond to client requests, update documentation, and collaborate with sales, product and editorial teams.

Lead complex KYC, CLM Pro, and Onboarding Accelerator implementations for financial-services clients. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery across product, engineering, and consulting teams. Advise clients on target operating models, solution workflows, process improvements, system configuration health checks, and business requirements. Support pre-sales, team development, governance, and executive-level communication.

Lead client-initiated IT risk and due diligence assessments from request through delivery. Coordinate with sales, product, legal, and information security teams to produce accurate responses, track remediation actions, maintain documentation, and manage customer communications. Improve due diligence processes, databases, workflows, content, and automation. Apply knowledge of cybersecurity, technology controls, business continuity, application, network, incident response, and cloud security while mentoring junior team members.

Sell enterprise loan management and administration software and services focused on loans, CLOs, and private credit. Generate new business, build and maintain client relationships, conduct market research, present demos with pre-sales, negotiate and close deals, collaborate with product, attend industry events, and meet or exceed sales targets.
