The Product Manager will develop strategic and tactical plans for market opportunities, engage with KOLs, and drive execution on marketing campaigns in the blood oncology treatment field.

Lead regional delivery and adoption of The Lab's digital content services, supervise affiliate-facing engagement teams, drive process improvements and KPI monitoring, coordinate cross-regional collaboration, and manage stakeholder relationships while leveraging digital content platforms and project-management tools.

This role requires managing R&D system requests, providing expert support on business applications, anticipating customer needs, and ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Design, build, and scale reliable cloud-native systems; define SLIs/SLOs; automate operations with scripting and IaC; lead incident response, root cause analysis, and on-call rotation; improve observability, CI/CD, and platform resilience (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).

Design, build, and operate PKI and certificate-issuance services using C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core. Implement versioned REST APIs, automate certificate and key lifecycles, optimize performance and concurrency, and run cloud-native deployments on AWS/AliCloud with EKS/Kubernetes. Own CI/CD (GitLab/GitHub Actions), observability, secure-by-default practices, documentation, and runbooks while contributing to code quality and peer reviews.

Lead medium-to-large Data & AI initiatives, plan and execute Global Data Strategy workpackages, manage cross-stream dependencies, resources, and backlogs. Drive PMO governance, delivery of technical releases, and coordinate Metadata Management, MDM, and PBAC workstreams while partnering with data governance and mentoring engineering teams.
