Bilingual HRIS Analyst to configure, support, and optimize Workday across U.S. and Mexico. Responsibilities include system configuration, testing and deployment, semi-annual release/regression testing, reporting/dashboard development, bilingual documentation and training, data integrity and security, process improvement, and supporting a payroll integration project.

Analyzes customer demand and forecasts to plan production, manage orders and inventory, and support timely shipment releases. Serves as the operational liaison between customers and internal production, logistics, and quality teams. Develops reports, dashboards, and tracking systems using Excel and enterprise platforms, resolves customer issues, supports continuous improvement, and maintains strong customer relationships through communication and occasional visits.

Manage and execute HR strategy for the plant, partner with leadership on talent and performance, oversee HR programs (talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, training, benefits), ensure compliance with laws and company policies, support safety and employee engagement, and act as a strategic HR business partner to achieve plant goals.

Lead and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE) ERP implementations, enhancements, integrations, and Tier 1/2 application support. Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements, produce documentation, deliver training, triage tickets via FreshService, monitor releases, mentor support analysts, and drive system improvements to optimize manufacturing processes and user adoption.
