Manage enterprise service desk and end-user support operations, lead supervisors and analysts, ensure SLA/OLA compliance, oversee incident/request/problem/knowledge management, optimize ticket workflows, lead major incident response, and drive continuous improvement for customer satisfaction.

Support project execution by creating and maintaining master schedules, coordinating resources and stakeholders, updating schedules with changing priorities, forecasting demand using ERP and scheduling tools, identifying delays and corrective actions, maintaining documentation, and recommending process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma.

The Systems Administrator role involves maintaining Windows systems, troubleshooting network issues, ensuring cybersecurity compliance, and providing 24/7 mission support for classified IT services.
