The role requires frequent domestic travel and collaboration with inside sales and cross-functional teams.

Leads cost accounting and inventory control across multiple sites. Responsibilities include cost analysis, variance analysis, standard cost updates, month-end close support, inventory reconciliations, reserve calculations, cost reduction projects, audit and SOX control support, budgeting, inventory reduction, scrap and obsolescence tracking, and physical inventory coordination. Oversees at least one direct report and partners with Operations and Divisional Finance leadership.

Performs revenue accounting, accounts receivable, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, reporting, technical accounting analysis, and SOX control activities for Mexico, Guatemala, and other LATAM entities. Supports audits, statutory compliance, intercompany processes, root-cause investigations, and process improvements in a multinational, multi-currency environment.

Lead and execute the IT audit program, drive SOX ITGC compliance, perform IT risk assessments, advise on control design, coordinate with external auditors, and present findings to executives and the Audit Committee.

Manage ASC 842 lease accounting, intercompany reconciliations, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and month‑end/quarter‑end close activities. Prepare reviewable journal entries, schedules, audit workpapers, and resolve intercompany discrepancies. Support lease accounting software/ERP implementations, maintain policies and controls, and collaborate with cross‑functional finance teams on continuous process improvements.
