Manage end-to-end delivery of moderate-complexity software and digital product projects using Agile and traditional approaches. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risks and metrics, coordinate cross-functional and international teams (Canada, US, India), remove impediments, promote continuous improvement, and communicate status to stakeholders. Occasional travel required.

Provide administrative, sales, and customer service support including compliance screening, order entry, customer setup, CRM dashboard maintenance, license agreement processing, switchboard relief, and on-call coverage to ensure accurate records, regulatory compliance, and high customer satisfaction.

Support assembly planning for winch production by maintaining accurate routings, lead times, and BOMs in the MRP system; analyze cost variances and standard costs; recommend inventory reorder/forecast levels; standardize routings; monitor job cost variances; support continuous improvement and compliance with QA/HSE policies.

Administer and optimize Jira and Confluence (Data Center and Cloud), manage PostgreSQL databases, support containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes/AKS/Rancher), monitor with Prometheus/Grafana, troubleshoot integrations and plugins, configure workflows and permissions, manage Jira Assets, produce documentation, train users, and drive automation and governance across global teams.

Lead day-to-day purchasing and sourcing activities: negotiate contracts, develop category strategies, manage suppliers and stakeholder expectations, drive cost savings and efficiency, ensure compliance, and use data to support forecasting and procurement decisions.
